Do you ship Internationally?

No. We currently do not ship internationally. We are hopeful to do so starting in early 2019!

When will I receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation depending on current processing time.

Can I use my Credit Card on your website?

Yes. We accept all major debit and credit cards and  will also process PayPal transactions on our website. All payments are 100% secure.

How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be added to your transaction and will also be emailed to you.

​

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Once an order confirmation email is sent to you, there is no way of cancelling.

I really want this item and I am not sure if it would fit, what should I do?

Please email us at InfinityApparel.Info@gmail.com with the item name and we will help you as best as we can with assessing sizing & fit.

How are items selected?

Each item is hand-picked, inspected and inventoried. Please keep in mind, our inventory has been previously loved​ (worn). You should expect some normal wear and tear. However, INFINITY strives to pick the best quality possible. If there is a significant flaw in an item, it will be noted. Please see our Return Policy for more information.

Do you sell men's or children's clothing?

No. We do not currently sell men's or children's clothing. We are hopeful to launch men's clothing starting in early 2019!

I don't have a Paypal Account and need to purchase an item, what do I do?

You are able to pay with a debit or credit card. For further assistance, please email us at InfinityApparel.Info@gmail.com.

If I live in the Kansas City area, can I pick up my order?

Yes. For a small delivery fee, a team member from Infinity will deliver your order to you. You may also arrange to pick up your order. Standard policies regarding purchasing and returns will still apply.
